Bagel & Mort(adella)
ingredients
- 1 egg bagel (toasted)
- ¼ cup whipped cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons Mauro Provisions Medium Craft Giardiniera
- Mauro Provisions Black Powder Rub
- 3 thin slices of tomatoes
- 4 oz mortadella (sliced VERY thin)

- Spread cream cheese on both sides of the toasted bagel. Add giardiniera to one side of the bagel, then Black Powder Rub to the other side, and top with tomato slices and then a few more sprinkles of Black Powder Rub on top of tomato. Add the mortadella on top of the giardiniera, folding one slice at a time and placing it so it’s nice and high.
- Put both sides together to create a sandwich, slice it in half, and eat!
