Creamy Giardiniera Dip (from Bon Appetit Magazine)
ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 oz parmesan, finely grated (about ½ cup)
- ½ cup sour cream
- Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
- 1 cup drained coarsely chopped Mauro Provisions Medium Craft Giardiniera
- ¼ cup Mauro Provisions Honey G Pepper Relish
- Crackers and crudité (for serving)

- Hand whip cream cheese, parmesan, sour cream and Craft Giardiniera until combined and smooth; season with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Transfer dip to a small bowl and top with Honey G Pepper Relish. Serve with crudité and crackers.
