Honey G & Mortadella Naan

- 1 piece naan bread
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon pesto
- 4oz burrata
- 2 tablespoons Mauro Provisions Honey G Pepper Relish
- 2 oz thinly sliced mortadella

- Preheat oven to 450° F - put in pizza stone on middle rack if you are using one.
- Brush olive oil on both sides of the naan and place on sheet tray or pizza stone.
- Bake baan for 8-12 minutes until golden brown and transfer to a serving plate.
- Build your sandwich: spread pesto evenly all over the open naan, then hand-torn clumps of burrata, then mortadella, and finally top with Honey G and extra pesto. Fold and enjoy!
