Shrimp Po’boy with Giardiniera Tartar Sauce

ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp (thawed)
- 1.5 tablespoons Mauro Provisions BBQ Chip Dust
- 1.5 tablespoons Mauro Provisions Black Powder Rub
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup crispy French fried onions
- Shredded iceberg
- Thinly sliced Roma tomatoes
- 8 French rolls
Giardiniera Tartar Sauce
- 1 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon of dijon
- 2 tablespoons Mauro Provisions Hot Craft Giardiniera minced
- 2 tablespoons capers minced

Directions
- Toss shrimp with seasoning, let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat up large skillet to medium high heat, and add butter and vegetable oil.Sauté shrimp for 3-4 minutes each side.
- Brush bread with Giardiniera oil, and put in the oven at 350 for 5-10 minutes.
- Now build your Po’Boy! Smear tartar sauce on both sides, layer in shrimp. and tomatoes and top with shredded iceberg lettuce & crispy onions.
